Our villa is situated near the centre of Berlin. It is (built in 1912) situated at the upper-class district called Karlshorst. This is at the location where the German Capitulation was signed in 1945 (today it exists as a museum).

The location around the house is very calm and green. There are two very large balconies where you have a beautiful view over the natural garden. Here is where you can have your meals, relax in style or sunbath. Inside our villa we proudly present to you the original doors, the original wooden floor boards and very nice handmade stucco.

You can reach the centre of Berlin in 15 minutes by train or car. Car parking is not a problem. You can reach the airport Berlin International (BER) in 9 minutes by the express-train. Close by there are supermarkets, restaurants, tramway-station, a railway-station, internet-café, nice sauna, the park Seepark, swimming-pool, a bowling alley, the Karlshorst trotting race course,  ferry boat across the river Spree, Tierpark Berlin -  Europe's largest landscaped zoo, the largest lake in Berlin Mueggelsee with its nice sandy beaches and the Gardens of the world.
